Boasting an impressive plywood galley style kitchen with handcrafted wood bench tops and all the additional features you’ll require during your stay. The design allows for a large handmade dining table to accommodate an extended group of family and friends.

It’s easy to imagine enjoying breakfast at this impressive dining table, perhaps a cup of our favourite Sixpence Coffee whilst reading one of the many magazines that are provided or catch the afternoon sun and hang out during meal prep time.

The built-in Lounge creates the perfect space to read your favourite book, to watch a movie on the smart TV or enjoy some quality time around the fireplace in the cooler months. The window seat is the perfect spot to truly relax and watch the world go by.

Decks to the north and south provide for covered indoor/ outdoor connections and effectively double the living area of the house.

The Secure backyard means plenty of fun for the kids, so they can run free on the lawns or enjoy running through the sprinkler to cool down in Summer!

Bed time

A spacious light-filled master bedroom with a large queen bed, premium amenities and luxury linen also offers a modern ensuite and walk in robe.

Bedroom two also provides a queen bed with premium fittings and luxury linen.

Take yourself up the impressive handmade staircase where you will find a kid’s cave equipped with four single beds and two additional single trundle beds for children, creating accommodation for six. (charges apply for trundles)

The space is complete with an additional TV, bean bags and plenty of kid’s games and books, as well as built in desk space, giving kids a room of their own to camp, play and explore.

Bath time

Soak your cares away in the deep-set freestanding bath in the main bathroom which also boasts a separate shower, vanity and premium amenities.

A second private toilet and laundry with washer and dryer makes up the ground floor of this home.

The Wooden House is not suitable for pets and has a strict non-smoking policy.

The location is perfect too, with the Ovens river only a five-minute stroll away.

You can mosey down to the river and come home via the main street to experience Bright’s food, drink and shopping mecca. The Wood House is close enough to walk, but still far enough away for peace and quiet.
